Nobu’s signature restaurant serving the Angeleno’s for 20 years on South La Cienega will close and reopen its flagship restaurant where L’Orangerie closes its doors. The new Nobu restaurant will carry the chef’s full name and will be the only restaurant in which the Nobu partners own the property. On December 31, 2006, the dining experience will come to an end at L’Orangerie in the breathtaking room celebrated for its soaring French doors and dramatic flower arrangements. Gerard Ferry has decided it is time to start enjoying his life.
