For all you JK Rowling buffs, it appears that the author of Harry Potter left a clue in hotel room 652 of The Balmoral in Edinburgh, Scotland on January 11, 2007.
“J.K. Rowling finished writing ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’ in this room on 11 Jan 2007,” read the message on the bust of the Greek god statue, Hermes, in her suite at Edinburgh’s five-star Balmoral Hotel. Hermes is also the name of character Percy Weasley’s pet owl in the series.
